Leo was sooo patient and super nice, like the nicest person ever! He helped me out a lot, and he knew so much about what he was doing. The promo price for the flight didn't work for me, which was kinda disappointing, but Leo's attitude made it all better. I'm gonna tell my friend about him for sure, and anyone else who needs help. Thanks a bunch, Leo! You're awesome!

I was able to talk with Kevin at extension 413 to set up my flight. He was very kind, took his time explaining the rules, and looked for flights that fit me. He called me again later to follow up and find me a better option. After that, Kristy helped me finalize everything and sent the e-ticket, and she was also really good. Overall, it was a great experiance.

Kristy was also useful with the e-tickets, checking the itenary and giving news about a voucher for my next travel. Nice customer service!

My trip to Michigan began well with a good flight and price, but things quickly got messy. There were no flights out of Colorado Springs, leading to a chaotic situation. In the end, another flight was sorted out, and I still had a nice trip. Shoutout to Brian and Michelle for their support in making my time with Foggy Fly a positive one.

They also called to confirm our check-in, and everything went smooth. The flights arrived late, but that wasn’t Foggy Fly’s problem, it was the airline’s issue. Apart from that, they did a good job.

The customer service team I spoke with was helpful and quite informed. They kept me updated about the booking steps as we went. My only issue was that the rules about the ticket price weren't clearly outlined during the booking process. I ended up spending more than I wanted. Still, this was balanced out by the coupon I received.
