The site said there were seven seats available, but there were really none. So, Jenny had to find different dates for the journey. Plus, the site claimed they accept Discover Card, but there were issues with that too. Once again, Jenny was there to help.

Total scam… avoid buying tickets

Total scam… avoid buying tickets from this company, just like others have shared here… They kept saying the tickets would arrive within hours, but it was already 12 hours before our flight. Every staff member said the same thing and wouldn't let us speek properly.

Flight scam

February 24, 2025-I bought round trip tickets 2 months ago. Received my flight ticket 36 hrs before. I called American to verify the flight because of the reviews. American stated that the ticket was just paid for less than 24 ago and it’s only a 1 way ticket, and it was booked with a different credit card. American also stated that it looked like the company tried to book the return flight but cancelled it multiple times because it had 11 different confirmation numbers! Thank god I booked extra flights just in case weeks before after I read reviews! I was able to use the ticket that global flight catchers (flights nest) gave me for my flight out. They then called me 2 days before my return flight was supposed to leave and stated that the flight was completely booked and wanted me to change my dates! I obviously told them no and I wanted a refund. They are supposed to issue my refund! We will see! Also, my friends went through the company to and was supposed to join us on our trip to Colorado but was not able to come. They received the tickets the night before they were supposed to leave and 1 was able to get a boarding pass but the other was not. American said that they would need to come to the counter. So they got up the next day for their flight early, went to DFW, and was told that the ticket did not go through. Basically the payment that the company submitted did not go through and they didn’t have tickets at all. The company told them that the ticketing office wasn’t open yet that they a Would have to leave the next day! My friends decided it was too much of a hassle and went home very upset that their first ski trip was ruined! They had already paid for a condo for 4 nights! They will not be able to get that money back!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Scammers, thieves all

On March 24 I made the worst mistake of my life in buying with these guys, they gave me a reservation GJC25034 of which they told me that it is not necessary to call the airline because in 72 hours before the flight they gave me my tickets, by the way the guy who attended me is a guy named Hugo, this fake thief and unscrupulous like everyone who works there. My trip was scheduled for April 30, the date arrived and my tickets were not ready, they changed me for one more day and also that they gave me $300 bonus for the next purchase with them, not that I was stupid.... I was at the Jose Joaquin de Olmedo airport in the city of Guayaquil at 3am to check in and it turns out that the tickets were adulterated, it was a ticket that belonged to another person, that's what the airline American Airlines told me I could not travel, I called that same day waiting for 11am they told me that they were going to reimburse me the money at night which has already passed 72 hours and tomorrow will be another day and so on and I have not been reimbursed anything, today we are Saturday May 3, 2025 and these scammers are still mocking and have not returned anything, I have put complaints in the econsumer. gov (FTC, USA), the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centrelas and the Competition Bureau of Canada. I suggest that people who have been scammed by these thieves do so, so that at some point the police will come down on them and they will have to pay for these great scams, take the time and read and do not give your card details to anyone. fligthsnest is an agency where scammers work.

I booked a roundtrip non-stop

I booked a roundtrip non-stop ticket and the airline was Southwest. The day after my booking I was contacted and told Southwest no longer had the non-stop flight available but if I flew the next calendar day for an upcharge I could be on a direct flight. I paid the increase cost and did not get a direct flight. The Flightsnest representative kept telling me the additional stop was a hidden stop for refuleing. There was nothing hidden about this stop. All but five passengers debarked and there was another 100 plus passengers waiting to board the airplane at this "hidden" stop. Southwest agents were very confused with my return tickets. I should have been booked with one continuous ticket rather than two tickets. I was required to leave the plane even though it was going to my final detination. I had to deal with Southwest cusomter service trying to figure out the ticket mess (Southwest was great); I had to wait with the other passengers to reboard a hidden stop that was represented to me as a "direct fight." I did talk with Flightnest about my concerns and I recieved a $100 for my inconveniance but it was not worth the inconvenience.

I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK, HUGO RACABARAN IS A SWINDLER

Today May 13, 2025 I am still waiting for my money to be refunded, they are asking me to delete my reviews to get my money back, I will not do it, I will keep writing every day so you do not fall victim to this network of scammers, buy directly from the airlines, they do not want to answer my calls or my emails, I bought my tickets on March 24th and when I had to travel on May 1st they gave me some adulterated tickets, they stole $1680 from me these miserable people, do not get carried away by the reviews where they congratulate them because this is paid, that's why at first sight they have a good rating, see the real experiences and you will realize that everything is negative!

Major scam - don’t believe the 5 star reviews hub must be fake!!!

If you receive an e-ticket is will only be s fee hours to your flight and not 72. The out bound flight may work but you will get stranded. Company will tell you the airlines cancelled your flight which is not true. The later flight or next day flight will not work either. Your band will be tagged by the airlines as ground. They are stealing your credit card and personal information got more bad business. I experienced the same scenario that other have reported. Using this site will cause much stress and financial problems. Stay away!!! This site made we check a star!!!

Garbage

I made a reservation for a flight later today, last flight out, and then I call to ask where my boarding pass is and they tell me “Oh, we’re sorry, that flight doesn’t exist.” Then, “Well, it does exist, but there’s no seats.” Then, “Well, there IS a seat available, but we can’t do anything about it.”. Now if this was just a couple hours prior, I would have been able to work something out. Instead, I had to call them to figure this out TWO HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT. They had zero intentions in telling me via text, call, OR email. This site is a scam.

WE BOOKED A FLIGHT THEN CANCELED THEY SAID WE HAD 1 YEAR TO USE CALLED TO USE AND THEY BOOKED MY FLIGHT A WEEK LATER THE AIRPORT SAID THEY DID NOT PAY THE TICKETS WE HAD NOT SEATS BLEW OUR WHOLE VACATION WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD FIX IT DID NOT WHEN I CALLED BACK THE HUNG UP ON ME THEN CALLED BACK NEVER PICKED UP THEY RECOGNIZED MY PHONE NUMBER SO ALL IN ALL WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR TRIP ANDLOST 2500 IN TICKES FROM LAST YEAR THY WILL GET WHAT IS COMING TO THEM NOTHING GOOD HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE A SCAMMER

Total scam alert! Imagine booking

Total scam alert! Imagine booking a flight at $900, and bam, just four hours later, they're on the phone, trying to pull a fast one by doubling the price to $1800. What a load of bull! Treating customers like that is just outrageous. False advertising and probably breaking some laws too. No one should put up with this kind of nonsense.
