Flight Channel has adjusted my flight

Flight Channel has adjusted my flight without notice. I only learned about it by luck. When I called them, they told me to contact the airline. The airline told me to speak to Flight Channel. After I spoke with Patrick, a supervisor, he helped me find another flight and called back to confirm.

Outstanding customer service!

Outstanding customer service! Our card had a problem at first, but they called us multiple times to ensure our reservation stayed intact and gave us time to sort it out with our bank. Jack Lewis kept us updated until everything was sorted before our flight! Definitely recommend! :)

I completed the entire process and paid using my credit card. I selected my seats for 4 people on the airline's website for 2 round trip flights. However, when I returned to check my booking, I found that it was no longer there. My booking had been cancelled, and Flights Channel had kept the money.

Avoid buying from them!

Avoid buying from them! Get legal help, it’s a scam. They will call and suddenly increase the price for no reason. Once you agree, check your bank account and find out they charged you even more than promised. You’ll end up being scammed, I'm getting a lawyer involved.

A not very reliable site

A not very reliable site, I made a booking and the next day they call you to say there are no seats left on that flight and they try to sell you the same dates for a price 30% higher than the original purchase.

We are deeply upset with FlightsChannel.

This company is an absolute RIP-OFF!! We booked our flight, got a booking number and e-ticket, and paid for it, with the payment being confirmed by our bank. Everything looked fine until we reached the airport. That’s when the trouble began. At check-in, we were informed that the airline never received our payment, and they refused to let us board. Picture being stuck at the airport with our crying children, heavy luggage, and no way to continue our trip. We had no choice but to turn around and go home, feeling devastated and let down. FlightsChannel not only ruined our plans but also caused a great deal of stress and emotional harm. This kind of carelessness is absolutely unacceptable. We hope to get back the money they took from us. Do not trust this company in any situation.

Total SCAM!

Avoid booking your flights with this company! I booked my flight and after a month, they cancelled it. They claimed the airline would refund me, but the airline never cancelled the flight and the payment to them didn’t actually go through. It was a NOGO transaction. After months of calling Flights Channel, I eventually had to open a dispute with my credit card company. The dispute took ages to resolve. Flights Channel still owes me money for the portion of the transaction they received. Every time I call, they give me some excuse and tell me to wait 10 days and then call back. Now, it’s too late to dispute. This whole situation has been so stressful and has wasted a lot of my time.

Total Scam Site

Same as everybody else - total scam site. I gave them my CC details and "booked" a flight but the booking code they gave me wasn't legitimate and the airline said they had no record of a ticket in my name. When I got a confirmation email from them it didn't actually confirm booking a flight, it just confirmed my "interest in booking" a flight and said that I'd get another email later to confirm the booking. It also said that the price was an estimate and that I'd be charged in USD even though I was booking a flight from Canada on a Canadian carrier. Luckily I called my Credit Card company right away and they were able to block any charges.

Scam

If there is o star , I would give this Flight channel company that. They advertise on Skyscanner with cheap price as a third party flight with Poter airline . I bought and paid with my visa on aug 30 . Sept 2 my visa got compromised with apple.com charge over 1500. This Flight channel is a scam. Sept 23 they called and said porter canceled my flight and I have to go to porter and my visa to dispute to get my money back . Called porter and they said they didn't canceled my flight as matter the confirmation number doesn't even exit. Flight channel is a scam.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.

BIG TIME SCAM. They are still going at it and scamming people. Just got off the phone with them trying to dispute a case where they tried to charge me $250 to cancel a booking I made ON THE PHONE less than 10 minutes after the initial booking. They also tried to call me and get me to spend a bunch more money on a flight that was apparently sold out, but when I checked with the airline they still had plenty of seats. Just book through the actual airline websites and avoid these crooks. I haven't been this frustrated in a long time. Appalling.

Completely bad experience.

Completely bad experience. First, they call saying the flight is full and you need to move to a higher class. Then, after you get your E tickets and confirmation, they cancel your booking with no warning, leaving you to fight with your bank to get a refund. I would not suggest this company, stick with a relibale site like Hopper, Expedia, or Flight Hub.

Worst Experience

Wish could give 0. Worst experience of our lives. Jacked the price up on us, when ther website still showing a lower price. Took away our carry on luggage. Lied about the cost of checked bags. When we tried to get a hold of them to cancel no such luck and then when someone finally reached out to us it was too late. Avoid this company at all costs.

Awful airline booking company.

Awful airline booking company. After you book a flight, they will ring you and say the seats are no longer avalable, asking for more money to secure them. If the airline cancels, they won’t return your payment. Just a scam group. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Stay away from this company.

They work dishonestly — you might buy tickets that later get cancelled, and their support team will either deny refunds or push you to contact the airline. Their staff give fake names, offer no real solutions, and stick to copy-pasted answers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

TOTAL SCAM. They took my booking, then kept calling trying to make me pay extra for luggage. Later, they cancelled my flight without any explenation and left me stuck without a ticket or refund!
