I was super nervous about leaving our new dog, Max, with a stranger. But Rina was fantastic! She made us feel so comfortable right from the start, even though we were out of town that first week. Every day, she sent us pictures and videos of Max, which really eased our minds. Anytime we had a question or concern, she was right there with an answer. Since Max has been back home, Rina has still been available for any follow-up questions we've had. She even gave us a list of recommended products and foods for our Rottweiler. Great experience

I gotta say, my experience with trainer Rina has been great. My puppy, Pookie, was super excitable and kind of all over the place, but Rina really helped us out. She showed me how to control and redirect Pookie’s excitement, which was a game changer. Potty training was a big issue for us, but thanks to Rina, Pookie's getting it now. He's still his playful, happy self, but now he has some boundaries which is pretty awesome. It feels like we've got a handle on things and Pookie's behavior is improving every day. K.O. stayed with Njoud for two weeks. She taught crate training, potty training, leash training, door manners, and a lot more than I thought she would. A week ago, Popcorn came back home, and he's like a totally different dog now. Before training, he was super hyper and bossy, always running the show at home. Now, he listens and doesn’t argue back. Cal at Dogwise is really great! When we sent our dog, Talen, to him, we needed help with his anxiety, bad behavior with other dogs, and being around kids. After four weeks, Talen learned commands, walks nicely, and is more relaxed with children. At drop-off, Cal took time to work with Talen and us, helping us learn how to keep training at home. We can’t say enough about the care, daily updates, and effort that Cal gave to Talen, and we are so glad with how the month turned out for Talen. Thanks to Cal, we are ready to keep working at home.
