For someone who's not too tech-savvy, it got overwhelming fast. I really wanted to love this service, I did. But at the end of the day, the constant issues just weren't worth the hassle for me. So I'm going back to my old host, where things were a lot more stable.

I wish I could recommend DedicatedMC, but my experience was pretty frustrating. When I first paid, my server didn’t even start. I reached out to support and waited a couple of hours to find out it was stuck in their anti-scam system. Once that was fixed, I tried installing a modpack using their Curseforge function. Four hours later, no luck. I contacted support again and waited over six hours for a response saying their function was broken, causing an install loop. Exhausted, I went to bed at 8 PM when it was finally resolved. Next morning, I found out my server was suspended due to a payment issue, even though I had proof. After waiting hours for a response, I decided to switch to another supplier. Their server was up with the modpack in 10 minutes.

I gotta share this frustrating experience with the company. You know, they used to be my go-to for Minecraft servers, but things have changed, not in a good way. Recently, their control panel has been down for over a day, and it's driving me nuts. The support staff, who seemed new and inexperienced, couldn’t offer any real solutions. It feels like they’re just as clueless as the rest of us about fixing the problem. What's more worrying is the potential loss of all server data. Communication? Nearly nonexistent. It's a shame, really, because they were once top-notch. Sadly, I can't recommend them anymore. It's just not worth the risk now.

They got taken over by this guy, Mark, who apparently also runs Hypere, and let me tell you, his reputation isn't exactly squeaky clean. So, I noticed a surprise charge of £1,000 on my card. Panic set in, and when I reached out, they were all "sorry, sorry," promising refunds that never actually happened. It's like they're playing some kind of game, asking for bank details with the promise to send money "right now." Seriously, check out reviews of his other businesses; it's a pattern. Trust me, steer clear of this lot unless you’re up for some financial drama.
