I've been banking with Chase for two years now
I've been banking with Chase for two years now, and I've noticed significant improvements since then, especially with the app's reliability. The new 5.1% saver feature is fantastic, and the £15 monthly maximum in card usage sets them apart. Overall, Chase has really stepped up their game, making banking more convenient and rewarding. Highly recommended!

This company is great.
This company is great. Their app is easy to use, they have good offers and cashback on transactions. The interest on the current account is good too. Customer service is great, no long wait to answer a call. Plus, it's free to use abroad. I can't fault it and stopped using some of my other cards for a year now, since I have Chase.

Great mobile bankin makes it secure n' easy to manage my money cross several accounts. Love the cash back n' rewards features n' the interest rates are awesome. When I’ve needed help, the online assistance is really good too.

Nice app, though it does have a main problem and a small issue that may just be a matter of taste. The big issue is the absence of a running balance. When there is a lot of activity on the account, a running balance helps for better security. The smaller issue is that some features are not easy to find on the app. I’ve had trouble locating things like credit card offers and interest rates. They’re there, but the screen size makes it a bit harder to track down. I think having web access would fix this problem.
