    The latest upgrade is an improvement – spreads are smaller, liquidity is good, and fees are clear. The spot trading platform is user-friendly and fast. CEX.IO has recently updated its order-books, and the liquidity has seen noticeable improvement. Most spreads are zero on many pairs, and I can get my orders filled. Support is a blend of AI and human help, like many other companies now. I use the platform almost daily, and withdrawing my funds has never been a problem. Depositing can be tricky, but it's mainly because fiat banks block crypto, which is the same issue with other platforms like Coinbase and Kraken.

    I recently changed my bad review of this exchange because I now realize I was being unfair. They didn’t let me into my account, even though I had already completed the KYC, and I got all upset because I didn’t have an ID. But now I see that they were just trying to keep my account safe. I’m sorry for the bad review. They’ve never taken anything from me, they have an interesting Telegram play-to-earn game running right now, and their security is really good with no breaches. So here’s my new review of CEX, and I honestly think they deserve 5 stars. Thanks CEX.

    Cex.io won't let me transfer my money back to my bank card.

    Cex.io won't let me transfer my money back to my bank card. They're asking for a selfie with a card that expired almost 5 years ago, which is just unreasonable. The only other option they gave me was a bank statement from that card (but in my experience, bank statements don't list cards), showing transactions with cex.io. This is also impossible since I haven't used it in 5 years, don't have statements from that long ago, and the card isn't listed. They already have my current passport and another verified card, which they accept payments from, but still won’t return my money. It feels like they’re hiding behind fake security policies to avoid giving me my money back. Edit: they finally sorted it out, but it took two weeks. It shouldn't have been an issue at all, and their support was just totally useless.

    A few years back, things seemed fine, but now I can't withdraw some funds I left there, and it looks like I'll never see them again. If you search cex.io, you'll find many scam warnings and posts about them. On Reddit, there are fake accounts created by cex.io to defend their reputation (for example, "qazimrama" who defends cex.io in all his posts). Also, their comments on YouTube seem like they are just trying to look good but don't feel real at all.
