I got different instructions on how to prepare the Title—one person said it needed to be notarized, another said not to bother with that. One rep also told me to sign and notarize a Power of Attorney, but then another said I didn’t need it. The towing truck had to return because the driver wasn't ready the first time.

The pickup didn’t happen until the next week, and to top it off, the check they gave us had our name misspelled, so our bank wouldn't accept it.
