I bought this sweater, and it just doesn't fit right. I figured returning it would be simple, but nope! I checked the website, and they said they’d send an email with return instructions. It’s been a week, and still nothing. I feel like I'm in some kind of waiting game here. The whole process is confusing, and I’m just trying to get things sorted. I really expected better service, especially when it comes to returns. Just stuck with something I can't use. Honestly, I'm getting frustrated. I just want to know how to send it back and get my money back. Is it too much to ask for clear instructions?
