Didn’t get much time with the doctor. Seemed like they didn’t realy care what I had to say. I found DHEA for less on Amazon, so not sure why I had to get it this way. It just seemed like extra cost for no big reason. My regular doctor does a better job than Winona did.

I wasn’t asked to do a hormone test, they just go off what the customer tells them and nothing more. Also, I think I didn’t get all my meds this month. Maybe they took me off one without letting me know.

The problem I had with By Winona is that when the medicine wasn't helping or gave me bad side effects, they wouldn't change my prescription for 3 months. I wasn’t able to talk with a provider on a video call, just had to use their message thing, and it takes like two days for them to reply each time. That means you wait a week or more to get anything fixed. I had bad anxiety and gained weight after six weeks, and I think my progesterone should have been lowered or taken a different way. The provider just said, “sometime this can make it a bit worse first. Then gets better.” ?? Really? Please check other places before going with an HRT company. Try to find one that actually talks to you and knows what they're doing. I feel like they just pick any random person to be a provider, and I would not sugest By Winona.
