I was under the impression that the full $5,000 loan would be deposited into my account, only to discover I needed to pay $500 for the wiring process. This additional charge feels burdensome, especially considering I'm already obligated to repay the loan. What disappoints me further is that the representatives omitted this crucial information during their explanation of the $5,000 loan, leaving me with an unpleasant surprise and a sense of frustration about the undisclosed fees impacting my financial arrangement.

I wouldn't give them any stars. We agreed on lower payments until 2/8, but today they took the full amount from my account, making me go negative. Don't get an MCA from these greedy people.
