I ordered a baseball cap for a friend, with his two black and white dogs embroidered on it. The quality of the cap itself is great, but I ran into an issue. The dogs' faces kind of blend into the color of the hat, making them hard to see unless you look closely. I don't remember getting any proof or preview of the design, which would have helped me catch this problem. If there was a preview, I definitely would have picked a different color for the hat. I wish someone at Bestcustom had reached out to me about it. My friend says he loves it, but let's be real, it's a gift—what else is he gonna say? Good quality, but disappointed the dogs don't stand out.
