Last week, I reached out to the support team, and honestly, it was a real eye-opener. Sonny was the one who helped me out, and let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. He didn't just stop at solving my problem; he actually took the time to explain everything clearly. It's not every day you find someone who's both super skilled and genuinely patient. And he stuck with it until everything was sorted out, no loose ends. I don’t usually rave about customer service, but this was something else. Hands down, one of the best experiences I've had dealing with support. I wish more companies had folks like Sonny on their team!
