Tried setting up an app and it's been a bit of a headache. I just wanted to give it a quick test run to see if it suits us, but the setup is a hassle. Can't add our own logo, change themes, or ditch the fantasy script font without hopping into a support chat. Feels like every simple change requires a 30-minute chat, which should really take just a couple of minutes. Plus, during all this, I got nudged twice to leave a review and snap a screenshot of it, even when I hadn't had the chance to properly test the app. It's frustrating how they push for reviews before you can even get started. Not a great first impression, honestly.

I decided to try out this company with their free trial, just to see if it was worth the investment. Things took a turn, though. It felt like I was being cornered into a subscription that I never wanted to continue. Now they're saying they'll freeze my account if I don't pay up, and honestly, I'm not in a place financially to handle that right now. I was hoping for a genuine trial experience, but it feels more like a trap. Companies should let users cancel easily without locking them out. It's not fair to small creators who are just trying to get started. And then there's the $99 fee they're refusing to refund—it just doesn't sit right. I hope Brian and the team reconsider their approach.
