    The representative was helpful. He informed me that the popup was a scam and pointed out unnecessary programs. He fixed the issue by taking control of my computer. However, the cost seemed high. I believe the service should cover a longer period, maybe a year instead of just six months. Despite this, my computer works fine now, and I can get back to my work.

    Company is realy good.

    Company is realy good. They fixed my problem well. Talk was good. Workers were smart, they checked if I did my part. In the end, they fixed it, and PC works faster. Sometimes new workers didn't know much about the issue.

    I stumbled upon 247techies.tech while trying to fix an issue with Microsoft Excel. Never heard of them before, but I was desperate.     I went to 247techies to help speed up my hp computer. They did make it a bit faster, but it was kinda a hassle. Different people kept picking up my case on different days, and every time, I had to explain the same problems all over again in writing. It got pretty frustrating. My computer is a bit better now, but it still takes like 15 minutes just to open Outlook, Quicken, or even a simple internet page. Considering the price we agreed on, I was hoping for much better results. Not really sure it was worth it.

    I was super worried that

    I was super worried that this was some kind of scam, but turns out it was legit and supported by Microsoft. The tech guys took two whole days to fix my problem, but I had a hard time understanding them most of the time. They changed a bunch of stuff on my computer, like the font and how my folders look.     The experience was rough

    Man, the experience was rough. Spent over six hours trying to fix a simple issue. I felt completely lost and had no clue what was happening. At first, I thought I was dealing with Microsoft 365, but then they told me I had to pay £149.99 for six months with some random company. Felt like I had no other choice but to pay. And even after all that, the problem wasn’t really fixed. The agent just gave me a workaround for saving a document as a PDF, but I still couldn’t do it the usual way. He mentioned he cleaned up my system, but it’s still slow. Plus, he didn't explain what he was removing, which left me worried the whole time.

    Avoiding this company seems like the least anyone can do

    I really can't understand how anyone could support this company. The owner, Daniel Halliwell, drove his Ferrari at 130 mph while on cocaine and ecstasy. He crashed into another car, severely injuring a 3-week-old baby named Lennie. Lennie now has severe brain damage and will need round-the-clock special care for the rest of his life. The whole family is devastated. Daniel was only sentenced to 32 months in prison due to legal limitations, which feels incredibly unjust. Lennie is now 19 months old and dealing with severe handicaps. It's hard to wrap my head around the pain and suffering this has caused. Avoiding this company seems like the least anyone can do.
