    I was having trouble getting into my emails for what felt like forever, probably around two weeks. Finally, I decided to give Microsoft a call and was directed to "247Techies". That's where I met Tony. Honestly, Tony was incredibly kind and patient. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, being older and all, and he walked me through every step without making me feel silly.     Everything running smoothly

    I spent ages trying to get my Office 365 stuff to sync properly, but it was just one issue after another. Then, Steve came along and sorted everything out.     Company helped me twice in last

    Company helped me twice in last two days with 2 different problems. Both techs listened and solved problems... one with a doccument camera and one with final cut pro... neither of which they were likely trained on. Appreciate the can-do attitude. By the way, the 6 month subscribtion is totally worth it... things seem to come up all the time... not usually broken... but more of "how to" questions. The only problem is that occassionally, once I hit the "allow" button to screenshare, link disconnects.

    Thanks to the tech team

    I recently had a bit of a hiccup with my Dell desktop, first time ever, really. The screen was showing all sorts of weird stuff, and I was totally clueless on how to fix it. Luckily, I got in touch with these tech guys who worked on it online for a couple hours. They managed to sort everything out, which was a huge relief. Apparently, my computer didn’t agree with one of the new Windows updates, and that’s what caused the mess. It’s all good now, thanks to the tech team.

    I had some techs come

    I had some techs come over to fix my system, they spent a good 2 hours working on it. At first, it seemed like they had sorted everything out. But the moment they left, I realized nothing had actually changed. My system was still acting up just like before. It's really frustrating because I was hoping they could solve the problem. Now I'm back to square one and quite disappointed with the whole experience. Not sure what went wrong, but it feels like a waste of time.

    I had some trouble with my printer again and was getting pretty frustrated. I called for help and Eric picked up. He was super helpful and actually fixed the issue pretty quickly. He reset my printer to the default settings and explained what to do if it happens again. The only thing that bugged me was not getting a reminder about my coverage expiring. Overall, Eric was great, but they need to work on those reminders.

    I've been using these folks

    I've been using these folks for my small business for about 8 years now. Anytime my computer acts up, I give them a call and they jump right in to fix things. They really know their stuff and always get back to me quickly. Their prices are pretty fair, too. What I appreciate the most is that they follow up afterwards to make sure everything's running smoothly. It's clear they genuinely care about solving my issues.

    I can finally get my emails! As a business owner, not getting emails is bad. Your team fixed a problem with my email and server that my server's tech department and my McAfee tech guys couldn't fix.     I had an amazing experience with 247techies, especially Adam and Steve. When I switched my internet from Xfinity to T-Mobile, my emails stopped coming through.     Chris was a lifesaver.

    Yesterday, Chris was a lifesaver. He managed to fix a big issue I had, but now I've got a whole new mess on my hands. Microsoft's Auto Update bot decided to update my Office program, even though I only had a limited license that didn't allow updates. Now, everything's gone haywire. My Microsoft programs are all messed up. It's so frustrating because I thought everything was sorted out, and now I'm back to square one. I wish there was a way to stop these automatic updates. It’s causing more problems than it solves. Fingers crossed Chris can work his magic again.

    Had to make a payment the other day. It went alright, but the rep I talked to was a bit tough to understand. His English wasn't the best, but we managed. Funny thing is, I already had my payment plan set up for autopay. For some odd reason, though, I had to call in and pay over the phone. Bit of a hassle, if you ask me. I mean, what’s the point of setting up autopay if I still gotta do this every month? Anyway, we got it sorted, but I really hope they fix this soon.

    I had a pretty good experience with Mike. He's super patient and knows his stuff inside out. There’s one thing, though - it would be nice if there was someone whose first language is English on staff. I struggle with hearing a bit, but I'm not at the point of needing a hearing aid. It's not Mike's fault at all, just my issue, and I felt a bit guilty for taking up so much of his time. Overall, Mike was fantastic and really helped me out, despite my hearing troubles.
