I received helpful guidance on managing my credit card bills. The agent took the time to explain how the other company wasn't handling my finances correctly. I appreciated his directness and openness throughout the conversation.

The training process and explaining things to me were good. I gave it a 4 star because I was told the trainer would be there to help me with any questions after we finished the call. I sent him a text, but he did not reply, so I had to call the 800 number to get answers. I think that’s misleading and not very great when you're given so much important info about someone. Honestly, when he didn’t answer, I thought it was all a scam!

I'm glad that you took me on as a client.
I'm glad that you took me on as a client. I made a change and received an ammendment to sign and send back, which I did. A couple of days later, I made 2 more changes but haven’t gotten the ammendment to sign yet. Additionally, it’s been hard to get in touch with the agent who initially handled my account.

Very unclear.
Very unclear. It was not explained that all payments to credit card/bank had to end. Did not mention that credit ratings will drop for years, was told bad credit was only short-term. No info on possible late fees, interest rate rise, or collection agencies. Tried to get a loan but was pushed into a debt relief plan. Did not get a chance to read agreement before signing since Rep was waiting on the phone. Wasn’t told my savings needs to grow for months before they attempt to negotiate.

At first, it seemed good, but after three months, nothing much happened. They told me one thing was fixed, but I have no idea which one it was because they didn’t show me. Nobody called me either. In three months, only two or three things were actually worked on.
