Well honestly I get the rules and papers of a loan but didn’t really see why I had to hear it said in diffrent words three times and then be told again in a not-so-nice way. Besides that, I really like the program and how your ready to help people improve there credit.

The loan approval process dragged on longer than expected, and requiring my wife to co-sign added an extra layer of inconvenience. The extended delays and additional paperwork made the experience less than ideal.

Misleading and thiefts

So they had me get a Walmart money card put 250 on it for the ppe on my loan,they than told me not to activate it to just send them a screenshot of card and receipt only to find out they activated it in there name with there ss number.N ext they they tell me a bank is going to call me to authorize the transaction they tell me to not say it is a loan that I'm just being payed back from a friend well when I gave them the number the proceed to tell me I was trying to fraud them when I was doing g what transform credit agent told me to say and do,needless to say they will not return my calls they said that a refund is not a option so tbey scammed me out 250 dollars..I have now put myself behind in my rent due to this I am a single mother I work 6 days a week yo be able to pay my bills and they just took it from me, it's so shamefully how these companies lie and steal from me. The agent I talked to his name was Frank Martin..I have left numerous emails voicemails text messages ..All these reviews on here are lies 😒

I've been trying to reach out

I've been trying to reach out to this company about an account that's been created using my personal information. I've sent multiple written requests for them to close the account because, for some reason, I can't access the account settings to do it myself. In these written requests, I've also made it clear that I don't authorize any future transactions from my debit/credit account. I even attached statements and screenshots to my emails to provide as much information as possible. Despite all this effort, I've received no response from them. Today, I decided to give their customer service number a call, and what do I get? A voicemail that essentially says, "Please don't ask for a callback, just provide us with every piece of personal information you can so we can figure this out for you." That feels pretty sketchy, to be honest. Frustrated, I've taken the step to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Hopefully, that will get their attention!

Avoid them for loans! My credit-building experience since December 2018 has been marred by consistently rude agents and unjustifiably tarnished credit due to a single late payment. Despite prompt payment in December for a November lapse, they deliberately misapplied it, harming both my and my cosigner's credit. Managerial communication is nonexistent. Despite faithfully paying since January 2019, I'm stuck with a $7500 loan, mainly paying interest with negligible principal reduction. The supposed credit builder has backfired, resulting in a perpetual negative status since 2022. This loan is far from beneficial, scoring 0/10 for recommendation.
