Got my black and white pics but they came
Got my black and white pics but they came out with a weird blue shade. The printing isn’t smoth – paper’s real thin and you can spot some ripples from how it's stuck onto the backing.

The photos were nice quality, but the "board" part looked cheap - just foam. It wasn't what I expected, but at least I didn't pay more.

I had trouble using the benefits it promisses for v.i.p members. I couldn’t check my old orders or which photos were already paid. Other companies usually tell you if a picture might be blurry or stretched. This one didn’t.

I just want my pictures.
I ordered photos on September 26th, and my first shipping label was created. I tried to contact them on October 3rd to no avail. October 7th I received apologies and a promise to send the photos. October 9th my second shipping label was created. This is October 11th and UPS doesn't have possession of my package.
