It's been a decent experience. The app mentioned an improvement in my score, but I'm unsure if this increase is significant since it's a Vantage Score boost. Also, my Experian Fico scores dropped by 9 points, so I'm not certain yet. However, everything else seems fine, especially being able to receive my Ipsy bags while working on my credit score.

This company really improved my credit score and helped with payments. Setting up was super easy. But, they stopped reporting to Equifax for months now. I contacted them but no fix.

Ugh, this company is such a disappointment. They totally mislead you with their promises. They claim to help with your credit utilization by reporting as a revolving account or line of credit, but once you sign up, they report it as an installment loan. That doesn't even help your revolving credit ratio! When you bring it up, they just shrug and say they can't do anything about it. So frustrating! It's honestly a waste of money. Why on earth would we need a loan to report our subscriptions? It's ridiculous. There are way better companies out there with more reliable products. Seriously, save yourself the hassle and read reviews on Reddit first. Stay away from these scammers!

I was like, "Okay, maybe going back to the monthly plan would be smarter." But trying to contact them? Forget it. No phone number, nothing—felt like dealing with a ghost company. Honestly, handing over my personal info and finances to someone I can’t even talk to? Nope, not happening. Now, I'm stuck wanting a refund but clueless on how to reach them. All this mess happened the very day I signed up!

I contacted their support, and they assured me they'd fix it. Two months later, nothing changed, and they stopped responding to my messages. It’s frustrating. I trusted them to handle something so important, and they just dropped the ball. If you’re looking for reliable credit help, I’d suggest avoiding Eva.

I canceled my account at least a month ago, they won't quit writing to me, my credit score has never been lower (since I signed up with AVA) and tonight I received an email that they're unable to take a payment from my account for my savings builder! I have no idea where these positive reviews came from. DON'T SIGN UP WITH AVA. When it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
