I really like Mr. Mercer's way of teaching and how much he knos about the subject. He explains things clearly and makes it easy to follow. Great teacher.

I took this PMP course

I recently took this PMP course and had quite an experience. The instructor was fantastic, always sharing valuable insights that kept things interesting. But man, the pace of the course was a bit much for me. As someone who's new to this, I found the test questions super tough and there were just too many of them. It felt like I was constantly racing against the clock and struggling to keep up. One thing that would’ve helped is getting the course materials beforehand to prep better. The instructor did a great job highlighting key areas and giving study tips, which I appreciated. Overall, it's a good course with a lot of useful information, but they really need to rethink the test difficulty and timing to make it less overwhelming.

Stephen Mercer was the instructor

Stephen Mercer was the instructor for this course, and it was quite a ride. He had this way of breaking down the modules and tasks that just made sense. His explanations were clear and he never missed a beat when addressing our questions. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to understand everything, not just go through the motions. Plus, he made sure to jot down any action items to add to our study packet. It wasn't just a lecture; it felt more like a conversation where everyone was involved. This course was packed with information, but Stephen made it manageable and even enjoyable. If you're looking to learn effectively, this course with Stephen is a solid choice.

Stefan Merser is one of the best trainers I've ever had.

Stefan Merser is one of the best trainers I've ever had. He knows a lot. The content was better than I expected. But, it felt a bit rushed. We often finished early. And when the last slide ended, the meeting was done. Not much time for questions, except on the last day. Still, I'd suggest this training. But if you want more class talk, there might be better choices. But, it's worth the money, I think.

I found the experience quite disappointing. It seemed more aligned with Project Manager training rather than adequately preparing for the PMP Exam. The course lacked interactivity, with a noticeable absence of regular knowledge checks integrated into the learning material. While the nightly practice tests were beneficial, the absence of interactive knowledge checks within the course itself was a significant drawback. Furthermore, the instructor's acknowledgment of providing more in-depth training than necessary for the PMP Exam raised concerns. The inclusion of templates, more suited for project management than exam preparation, seemed unnecessary. While the course may be beneficial for Project Managers, its effectiveness in preparing for the PMP Exam remains uncertain.

I stumbled upon this course

I stumbled upon this course after reading some glowing reviews on Trust Pilot, so I was really hopeful. Before diving in, I made sure to get the full curriculum, and they boasted about a 98% first-time pass rate, which totally sold me. But once the course kicked off, things got a bit shaky. On day two, the instructor mentioned some students felt lost, which was a relief because I was definitely in the same boat. By the end, they dropped a bombshell: the actual pass rate is more like 40-50%. They suggested an extra 4-hour session for $139 to help us pass. I haven't taken the exam yet, but some of my classmates have failed and aren't thrilled. I joined the extra session because the exam's pricey and I want to avoid retaking it. Just a heads up, know what you're getting into!

I decided to fix up

I decided to fix up my car and needed a new knuckle and control arm. Gave them the VIN and ordered the parts. They sent the knuckle right away, but the control arm took four days to ship. Once I had both in hand, I realized the knuckle was wrong. Tried to return it, but they wouldn't take it back because it was past the 48-hour return window. The whole situation was really frustrating, and dealing with them was a headache. Not planning to reach out to them again for parts in the future. Lesson learned, I'll be more careful about where I order next time.
