The product is well made and does what it’s supposed to, just like in your video. But, I was disappointed with how long it took Yodel to deliver—13 days after factoring in one Bank Holiday. Given the service I received, the £4.99 delivery and packaging fee felt too high. To improve this, maybe you could use a smaller box or a bubble wrap envelope that fits easily in a regular mail slot. That way, you wouldn’t need to rely on Yodel with its confusing tracking system and strange “safe” delivery options. For example, Royal Mail would likely deliver in just 3 days and at a cheaper price.

Hi, I tried to pay with my credit card but it kept showing PayPal as the only option. After a while, I finally got the choice to pay with my card, which I used. Later, I saw an option to keep shopping, and I figured the items I bought would be nice Christmas gifts for my sister and brother. I entered my card details again, but it was declined this time. Now I need to figure out what's wrong—hopefully, the problem isn’t on your side.

This seems like just a disguise for a Chinese import business. It took 23 days for my order to get to me. The product came from China, passed through Singapore, and finally got to Heathrow in London. The cleaning brush was not included, and one part of the thumb slide was broken. Lots of carbon footprint from a company that acts like it's based in the UK.

Despite having a UK website, the products are actually from China. I bought a posture corrector in XL, but it was so small it didn’t fit my 36" waist, even though it was labeled XL. They offered a return at my expense, so I chose a 50% refund, which they did give eventually. Not too pleased!

In an attempt to seek assistance, I reached out to your customer care department via email, only to discover that the response time can be up to three days. My primary concern lies in the absence of a human touch and the lack of a telephone number for direct communication. Depending solely on emails leaves much to be desired when it comes to addressing customer issues promptly. To borrow a well-known phrase, "C'mon, it's not rocket science." Given my circumstances, I would prefer to receive the original order and the one I placed today rather than opting for a refund. This urgency stems from the fact that I still have several people to buy for, and being virtually housebound, I lack convenient nearby options for shopping. I eagerly await your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Scam company!

I received the belt which was too small (size info incorrect) Return policy says goods may be returned within 30 days but no return address. No return address on package. Emailed customer services as per the return policy - no response. Emailed again - no response. I then started a dispute via the PayPal resolution centre saying the goods were not as described. Next day I had email via PayPal from Inspiringinventory (!) offering for me to keep the goods and get 50% back. I asked for full refund and a UK address. Next day I had the "final" offer of 70% back. I said I wanted to return the goods to a UK address and a full refund. Next day I had confirmation from PayPal that I had my full refund - postage excluded which I expected. So use PayPal and don't be bullied!!!
