I thought Geek Studio was gonna be my go-to for tech stuff after HP recommended them. I shelled out $599.99 back in October 2024 for this lifetime network protection deal. It sounded awesome—unlimited firewall, tech support, monthly tune-ups, the works. They made it seem like I'd never have to worry about protection again. Fast forward to January 2026, I called them for a routine computer check, and suddenly they're telling me my info's on the dark web. They offered a "deal" to fix it for $5000, even with a senior discount. Talk about feeling ripped off. I thought I was covered for life, but now it just feels like a bait-and-switch. Ridiculous!

I walked into this store thinking I’d get some help, but things took a wild turn. They convinced me my computer was infected with all sorts of nasty stuff—viruses, malware, you name it. I felt cornered and ended up almost signing up for their services. Thankfully, I hesitated, but they still managed to charge my credit card without my consent. I couldn’t believe it! They promised no charges would be made, yet there it was, a transaction I never agreed to. Had to call my credit card company to sort it out. Such a hassle! Definitely not going back there. What a mess.

This company is a total rip-off

Man, this company is a total rip-off. My 82-year-old mom got charged over $700 for a so-called "fix" that wasn't even needed. They totally scammed her! Thankfully, I found out the same day and we managed to cut off all communication with them. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. They're just out to take advantage of people.
