    The company had what

    The company had what I wanted, and shipping was quick. I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the packaging. There wasn't any bubble wrap or cushioning in the box, so my motor was bouncing around during shipping.

    I really like the Cardputer.

    I really like the Cardputer. It is a cool little gadget. But, there weren't many instructions on how to use all the features of the device. Also, I found a lot of posts online where people had trouble burning the image or getting the firmware to work. There were also issues with the drivers for the device. I spent a lot of time trying to get games and apps on it, but I kept getting error messages. I do appreciate M5Stack for creating such a cool device, but I am a bit sad that I haven't been able to enjoy my Christmas gift fully. I sent an email to you a day ago to ask for help, but I haven't heard back yet. Thank you. Sheryl Fisher President Araxis 3 Productions

    I bought a part and got no shipping info. A week later, I emailed and found out it was cancelled. I was told to contact the “credit department,” but I’ve had no credit problems. I’m not angry, just let down that I wasn’t told about the problem with my order.

    I gave them two stars because the shopping process was okay, but waiting 11 days for an item that was listed as in stock is just crazy. When I finally got the email saying it was on its way, I had already forgotten what I had even bought.

    They Suck

    This Company is a Sham !!! NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a battery a lousy battery for 20 bucks ! Took them a week to get it to me after charging 9 bucks for a single friggen battery! THEN THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG BATTERY WHICH LED TO BS PICTURES AND NOW I DISPUTED IT ON MY CARD!! THESE MORONS THINK YOU ARE JUST GOING TO GO AWAY AND LOSE 20 bucks!! NOT ME .. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

    Avoid ordering if there's a chance you might

    Avoid ordering if there's a chance you might need to cancel. Once you place an order, even if you decide to cancel immediately, you can't do it because the order will already be shipped. The company will inform you afterward that cancellation isn't possible.
