I ordered some shirts and hats on April 25th and was eagerly waiting for them. By May 7th, I hadn't seen any proofs, so I gave them a call. Finally got the first round that day, but the sleeve text arc wasn't right. They sent a second set on May 8th, where I noticed a mistake I made. Third time's the charm, I guess, because I approved them on May 8th. I was promised they'd arrive by May 16th, but when I checked on May 15th, they were still printing. They shipped on the 16th, but via ground, not overnight, and now I'm expecting them on the 21st. It's frustrating when you're assured something and it doesn’t happen, especially when they say a team member leaving caused delays. Just wish they'd been upfront about the timing.
