    I decided to give Bolt

    I decided to give Bolt a shot for some custom hats. They were super responsive and kept me updated. But they really struggled with the size limits for stitching. My logo kept getting redesigned to fit their constraints. Another company managed to produce the hat exactly how I envisioned it, so I know it’s doable. In the end, Bolt's version has my logo much smaller and lower on the brim than I wanted. The effort was there, but the final product just didn’t hit the mark for me. Wouldn't really recommend if you got specific design needs.

    I’ve ordered from this place

    I’ve ordered from this place a few times before and everything was perfect. This last time though, it didn't go as well. The proof they showed me looked amazing, but when the shirt arrived, it was pretty disappointing. It didn’t match the proof at all. I still gave them 2 stars because you can tell they really tried and put in the effort. It’s just a shame the final product didn’t live up to the expectations they set. I hope they get back to their usual quality next time, because I really used to like their stuff.

    I ordered some shirts and hats on April 25th and was eagerly waiting for them. By May 7th, I hadn't seen any proofs, so I gave them a call. Finally got the first round that day, but the sleeve text arc wasn't right. They sent a second set on May 8th, where I noticed a mistake I made. Third time's the charm, I guess, because I approved them on May 8th. I was promised they'd arrive by May 16th, but when I checked on May 15th, they were still printing. They shipped on the 16th, but via ground, not overnight, and now I'm expecting them on the 21st. It's frustrating when you're assured something and it doesn’t happen, especially when they say a team member leaving caused delays. Just wish they'd been upfront about the timing.
